Food Photography Packages for Dubai Restaurants
Four ways to book a food shoot, from a focused refresh of your best sellers to a monthly content retainer. Each one is scoped to your menu and quoted on what you actually need photographed.

How food photography packages work in Dubai
A package is a scope, not a price list. It fixes how many dishes are photographed, how long the team spends on site, which files come back and where they will be used. The quote follows from those choices.
That is why we do not publish a rate card. A five-dish refresh in studio and a forty-item menu shot on location around service are different jobs, and one flat rate would overcharge the first and underquote the second. Our Dubai food photography pricing guide explains every factor.
What stays the same is the process: an agreed shot list, a shoot timed around your kitchen and edited files in the formats your channels need.
Four food photography packages, from menu refresh to monthly content
The four tiers from our pricing guide: who each one suits, what comes back and what moves the quote.
Small menu refresh
Five to ten dishes · a few hours
Best for restaurants with a usable photo library that need their best sellers or highest-margin items reshot, a few new dishes added, or a short delivery menu brought up to standard.
You receive: edited high-resolution files of every dish, web and social sizes, and 1:1 crops for delivery apps when needed.
What moves the quote: dish count, styling complexity and location.
Full menu shoot
Twenty or more dishes · half day to full day
Best for openings, rebrands, new crockery or a menu going live on delivery apps. It covers most of your menu in one consistent look, for delivery apps, website and print.
You receive: every dish shot individually, hero frames of your signature plates, print-ready files and square crops for Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem and noon Food.
What moves the quote: dish count, how quickly the kitchen can plate, styling, and how many channels the files must serve.
Seasonal or campaign shoot
Priced as a project
Best for Ramadan and iftar menus, Eid, a summer menu, a product launch or a new outlet. Styled hero shots, individual dishes and sometimes video, built around one idea and one date.
You receive: campaign hero frames, dish shots in the campaign look, and reels or a short film when video is in the brief.
What moves the quote: concept and props, set styling, video and the number of formats. For Ramadan or Eid, book four to six weeks ahead.
Ongoing content package
Monthly or quarterly retainer
Best for brands where content is a regular part of marketing: new items every month, a social calendar to fill, a cafe or bakery counter that keeps changing. Usually more cost efficient than repeated one-off bookings.
You receive: a recurring session planned against your content calendar, with photography, reels or both, in a consistent look.
What moves the quote: how often we shoot, the volume per session, and photo or photo with video.

Which food photography package is right for you
Most restaurants know their situation before they know the package. Find yours below.
Your photos mostly work, but a handful of dishes are new, replated or missing.
Small menu refreshYou are opening, rebranding, changing crockery or putting the whole menu on delivery apps.
Full menu shootRamadan, Eid, a summer menu or a launch date is on the calendar.
Seasonal or campaign shootYou post every week, add dishes often or run a counter that changes with the season.
Ongoing content packageYou run several venues, or a hotel with more than one outlet. See our hotel and fine dining photography page.
Project quoteIf none of these fits, share your dish list and deadline and we will tell you what is realistic in one session. Our planning guide on how many dishes to photograph for your menu helps you build that list first.
What every food photography package includes
Whichever package you book, these come as standard.
A shot list you approve
Agreed dish by dish before the day, with hero dishes marked, so nothing is missed and nothing is shot twice.
A shoot planned around service
On location we work around your service hours so the kitchen keeps running. In studio, light and set-up stay constant.
One consistent look
Lighting, surfaces and styling held steady across the set, so your menu reads as one shoot rather than several.
Edited high-resolution files
Every selected frame retouched and colour corrected, large enough for print and sharp on a phone screen.
Sizes for every channel
Web and social sizes as standard, plus 1:1 crops for delivery apps when you sell on Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem or noon Food.
Usage agreed in the quote
Where the images will run is set out in your quote before the shoot, so the scope and the files match.
What affects the price of a food photography package
Six factors move a food photography quote in Dubai. They are the same ones our pricing guide explains, applied to your menu.
Number of dishes
Usually the biggest factor. More dishes mean more set-up, styling and shooting time.
Styling complexity
A clean plate on a neutral background is quicker than a scene with props and garnish work. A Ramadan spread or a layered dessert takes longer.
Location and travel
Studio shoots keep lighting constant. On-location shoots, especially at hotels or venues outside central Dubai, add travel and set-up time.
Usage and deliverables
Files for one delivery listing are a smaller scope than files for menu, website, social, delivery apps and print advertising together.
Photo or photo and video
Adding reels or a short brand film to the same day raises the total, but it is usually more cost efficient than booking a second session.
Turnaround time
Standard delivery timelines cost less than rush turnaround, which carries a premium because the edit jumps the queue.
Sharing a budget band on the enquiry form helps us recommend the package that fits it.

Food photography packages in practice: OMA Bakery, Godiva and Plantoholic
Monthly content: OMA Bakery
Since 2024 we have created monthly content for OMA Bakery: styled product photography and vertical reels for Instagram and TikTok, plus festive campaigns. One product launch, the Zaatar & Chilli Oil Cookie, reached 255K+ organic views.
One high-volume day: Godiva UAE

A launch project: Plantoholic
For Plantoholic, a plant-based cafe on Palm Jumeirah, our work ran for two years from concept to post-launch, covering branding, packaging and full-scale content production. The cafe was featured by Time Out Dubai, Visit Dubai and Virgin Radio.
In 2026 our co-founder Logeswari was named Best Creative Agency at the BeingShe x Gulf News Excellence in Media Award, presented at the Museum of the Future in Dubai.
How to get an accurate food photography quote
Send these details with your enquiry. One page is usually enough.
Your menu
Mark the dishes to photograph and flag the three to five heroes that deserve extra time.
Where the photos will run
Delivery apps, website, print menu, social or ads. This sets the formats and the usage.
Your dates
Shoot two to three weeks before an opening. For Ramadan or Eid, book four to six weeks ahead.
Photo, video or both
Decide before the shoot, not during, so the day can be planned for both.

Food photography packages: frequently asked questions
Tap a question to expand the answer.
How much does food photography cost in Dubai?
There is no single price for food photography in Dubai, because every shoot is quoted on its own scope. The main factors are the number of dishes, styling complexity, location and travel, where the images will be used, whether video is added and how quickly you need the files. A small menu refresh costs less than a full menu shoot or a seasonal campaign. Our Dubai food photography pricing guide explains each factor in detail.
What is included in a menu photography package?
A menu photography package includes a dish-by-dish shot list agreed before the shoot, styling and lighting direction on the day, and edited high-resolution files of every selected dish. Files come in the sizes your channels need, including web and social versions and 1:1 crops for delivery apps such as Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem and noon Food. Usage is set out in the quote, so you know where the images will run before you book.
How many dishes fit in a half-day shoot?
A half day is the short end of a full menu shoot, which covers twenty or more dishes in a half day to a full day, while a small refresh of five to ten dishes takes a few hours. Where your list lands depends on how quickly the kitchen can plate consistently, how much styling each dish needs and how many hero frames you want. Send the dish list and we will tell you what is realistic in one session.
Do you offer monthly content packages?
Yes. Monthly and quarterly content retainers are one of our four packages, built for brands where content is a regular part of marketing, and they are usually more cost efficient than repeated one-off bookings. Each session is planned against your content calendar, with photography, reels or both. We have created monthly content for OMA Bakery since 2024, including styled product photography and vertical reels for Instagram and TikTok.
Is food styling included?
Art direction is part of every shoot, and a dedicated food stylist is quoted as an option. Our team checks, adjusts and lights each plate for camera before it is photographed. A stylist is worth adding for hero dishes and anything that wilts, melts or dries out quickly; if your kitchen already plates well, we direct on the day instead. Styling complexity is one of the factors in your quote.
Can video be added to a photography package?
Yes. Reels or a short brand film can be shot on the same day as the photography, which is usually more cost efficient than booking two separate sessions because set-up and styling are shared. Video does raise the total compared with photography alone, so mention it at the quote stage rather than on the day. Our food video production team plans stills and video together.
Do you shoot outside Dubai?
Yes. We are based in Dubai and shoot across the UAE, including regular shoots in Abu Dhabi for restaurants, cafes, hotels and cloud kitchens. For venues outside central Dubai, travel time and set-up are part of the quote, and a studio shoot can be the more efficient option. Our Abu Dhabi food photography page lists the areas we cover there.
